If you get together and play one-on-one or basketball once or twice a week with friends, this should go a long ways towards keeping you fit and healthy. The important thing is to DO SOMETHING! Get started with some kind of aerobic activity, and to make it something that you enjoy enough to stick with it on a regular basis.
