The type and intensity of exercise will vary depending on your level of fitness and your capacity. This will be worked out by you and your trainer. As always, exercise should be in a form which you find enjoyable and which you will stick to. It is useful to have at least one activity which you can enjoy at home, rather than always having to go to the gym to exercise. Walking is particularly good.
