Juice Diet

The American Heart Association (AHA) updated its guidelines on exercise in 2007, and now recommends at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise (like brisk walking) five days a week, or 20 minutes of vigorous exercise three days a week. In addition, the AHA recommends that adults engage in activities to maintain or increase muscular strength and endurance at least twice a week.
